The Customer's privacy is very important to the Company and the Company will always act to protect the Customer's information. The Company takes this responsibility seriously and are very careful about how and when the Customer’s personal information is collected, used and shared.
This statement tells the Customer in general terms what the Company commitment is, why the Company needs to collect personal information, who the Company may share that information with outside of the Company and how the Customer may access the information that the Company keeps.
The Company's privacy commitment
The Company will always ensure that the Company handles the Customer's personal information securely and carefully. How does the Company protect the Customer's personal data?

To make card purchases with the Company as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL. This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that the Customer card details cannot be read by external parties.
For card purchases the Company works with an authorised payment agent that helps the Company to check directly with the Customer's bank that the card is valid for purchases. The Company payment agent processes the Customer card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that the Customer card details are processed with a very high level of security.
When the Customer pays by card, the Company reserves the right to carry out an identity check.
