How do I make an order?

Fast, safe and secure – ordering tiles from www.nirogranite.com.my is easy. ‘Login’ to your account and add the items that you want to buy to your shopping cart. Each product page has a list of the items with pricing, size and surface. Below each page is an Add To Cart button. You can order online by adding items to your shopping cart. Once you have added items to your shopping cart, please follow the simple checkout steps of entering your payment and delivery details, and we will process your order right away.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will process your order within two (2) business days upon receiving it. Our business days is from Monday to Friday, exclude Malaysian national public Holidays and the Company's closures as specified on the Company website. After it has been processed and approved, you will receive an email notification and a call for when your order will be delivered.

Do I need to set up a user account to place an order?

Yes. Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored. This way, you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to My Account, where you can get a full overview of your profile, order history, shipping and payment details.

Is my personal information kept private?

How do I pay?

You can pay for your order via iPay88 (Mobile88.com Sdn. Bhd.). We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa.

** If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

How much is delivery charge?

Delivery charge for free samples is at the flat rate of MYR9.60 up to five (5) samples within Peninsular Malaysia. At the time of delivery, the Customer will be given a discount code for MYR9.60 off when the Customer places a minimum order of MYR 1,000.00 nett. For ordered Goods, we provide free delivery to areas shown on our ‘delivery area’ map for purchases of MYR 1,000.00 nett and above per transaction. When will my goods be delivered?

What if I order too many tiles?

Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of surplus tiles. We do recommend that you order 10% extra for cuts, breakages and any future repairs.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes, we can cancel your order before delivery within two (2) days of the payment date. You can replace/exchange with others products with the same amount or more than the previous paid amount.
